Your Role as a Clinical Admissions Coordinator

• Facilitate a seamless admissions process for all patients.
• Conduct pre-certifications and assemble all necessary consent packets.
• Keep accurate records of all patient admissions and statuses.
• Verify referrals and collect essential data for admissions and scheduling.
• Contribute to data entry and assist in the referral process within hospital systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in hospital admissions preferred.
• Active licensure as a clinician required, with CPR certification preferred; CRRN is a plus.
• A solid understanding of multidisciplinary care and at least one year of clinical experience is advantageous.
