Job Summary

We are seeking a full time, 40-hour Lead Clinic/Practice assistant to support our Saugus site. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
The Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clinical practice, providing leadership to the clinic team, and enhancing patient care delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage administrative tasks while supervising support staff. Essential Functions:
-Supervise and mentor clinic support staff, including administrative and clinical assistants.
-Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
-Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow.
-Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
-Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing education for existing staff.
-Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration required
• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a healthcare setting 3-5 years required
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role 2-3 years required
