Job Description

Engage in daily production and packaging activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all related standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and manage peaks in workload to ensure timely product release and avoid back orders. Work closely with the Team Leader to manage critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications. Address technical problems related to raw materials and finished products, and perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily production and packaging activities following GMP and SOPs.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and manage workload peaks.

• Coordinate with the Team Leader on raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications.

• Address technical issues related to raw materials and finished products.

• Perform quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.

• Identify and resolve line issues and production problems, informing the Team Leader of corrective actions needed.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with GDP and SOPs.

• Utilize computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system for reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least two years of previous assembly/packaging experience.

• Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred.

• Quick comprehension of coagulation-based manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with GLP, FDA, and ISO standards.

• Knowledge of qualification and validation trials is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and large ERP systems.

Monday to Friday 2pm - 10:30pm

Monday to Friday 3am - 12:30pm

Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $23.10/hr.
