What You'll Get:

• 12-hour shifts to maximize your schedule:
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (includes shift differential)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor cleanroom manufacturing equipment
• Perform tasks such as substrate cleaning, inspection, and precision assembly
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean, organized workspace

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical role
• Preferred Experience: Prior cleanroom or electronics manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with microscopes and precision tools
• Understanding of quality control and production processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
