Cleanroom Technician/Pharmaceutical Products

$23 per hour; Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Monday - Friday

Job Description

We are seeking meticulous Cleanroom Technicians to join our team. This position requires visual inspection of naloxone products in a cleanroom environment to ensure quality standards are met. Candidates will perform visual inspections on small vials using a magnifying glass to detect any fibers. Attention to detail and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections on small vials to identify any fibers.
• Use a magnifying glass and microscope for detailed inspections for the entire shift.
• Document findings with clear handwriting.
• Ensure each batch of 150,000 vials meets quality standards, as failure of one vial affects the entire batch.
• Maintain hygiene and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
• Work independently and focus on repetitive tasks for long hours.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations.
• Experience with medical device assembly and small part inspections.
• Good hand dexterity and the ability to use small hand tools.
• Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED.
• Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug and background checks.

Work Environment

The position is based in a cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to strict hygiene protocols. Technicians are required to be gowned and on the floor at the start of their shift. The work involves sitting or standing for the entire shift, and it is essential to maintain focus on repetitive visual inspections. The facility is well-equipped, providing a comfortable and efficient work setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.15/hr.
