As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be responsible for the daily production and packaging of components used in medical devices. You will work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, wearing personal protective equipment including eyewear, ear plugs, hair net, and protective gowning. Be part of our mission to save lives.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
• Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.
• Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Operate packaging machine.
• Box and apply labeling materials.

Essential Skills

• No experience required for assembler roles.
• General knowledge of labor, cleanroom, assembly, production, and medical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment is nice to have.
• Experience using measuring devices and hand tools is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment requiring personal protective equipment. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, offering comfortable working conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
