We are looking for crew members to help with event clean-up and set-up. You will be part of the event crew and will help with general clean-up or set up of various events before, during, and/or after the event. If you are looking for a side gig - then this is the one for you!

Job Title: Clean-Up AND Custodian Crew Members

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift: Primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts (schedule is as needed & dependent upon the event).

What's the Job?

• Perform general clean-up and duties throughout the Center either before, after, and/or during the event.
• Maintain a safe environment by cleaning up spills and reporting any irregularities.
• Engage with supervisors to receive daily tasks and prioritize assignments.
• Assist in event set-up and tear-down as necessary.
• Participate in all company-related safety programs and procedures.
• Interact with facility patrons and guests, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

What's Needed?

• Proven interpersonal skills to interact effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and event staff.
• The Set-Up crew position is more physical to move and set up/tear down equipment repeatedly throughout the work shift.
• Ability to work flexible hours by the event schedule.
