Class C Special Delivery Driver

JOB SUMMARY

Join Sysco as a Class C Special Delivery Truck Driver and take pride in delivering essential products to our valued customers. We are looking for reliable drivers who can safely and efficiently operate a truck while building strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for unloading and delivering a variety of products including meats, produce, frozen foods, and grocery items on a scheduled route. A positive and friendly attitude is essential in meeting our customers’ needs and expectations.

This position does not require a Class A or B commercial driver's license, but those who hold one may be called upon to operate tractor-trailers as needed and must meet all DOT driver qualification requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to read and converse in English to understand traffic signs, communicate with the public, and maintain accurate reports.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Valid Class C/Standard Operator Driver License.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, or move products averaging 40-60 pounds, with some items weighing up to 100 pounds.
