About Us: County Waste, part of Waste Connections, is seeking a dedicated CDL Truck Driver to become part of our GROWING team. We value safety and community service. The position is based in Clifton Park, NY .

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday starting at 5:00 AM, with the potential for 50 to 55 hours per week. Saturday work may be required as needed.

Your Role Includes:

• Safely operating a garbage truck on designated routes to collect solid waste.

• Reading route sheets and providing timely service to each customer on the list or as assigned by a dispatcher.

• Conducting routine pre- and post-route inspections of vehicles, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.

• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

• Carrying out additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL.

• Clean driving record.

• At least 1 year of local route driving experience.
