Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager - Sales to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
7 + years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry experience in Insurance .
Experience in B2B/B2C sales and account management.
Familiarity with sales forecasting and financial analysis.
