Civil Superintendent (Dalton)

Position Overview
The Civil Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing leadership on-site to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on civil construction sites
• Manage and coordinate construction activities related to water infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Lead and supervise a team of workers and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site during construction
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in civil construction
• Strong knowledge of water infrastructure projects
• Experience in underground construction and pipeline projects is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in public works and construction project management
