Position Overview:

System One is working with a local client in the Tulsa Metro who is seeking a versatile and proactive Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is eager to contribute to the expansion of the firm through both technical excellence and strategic business development.

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while effectively managing engineering projects from inception to completion. Your ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering high-quality work that meets our client's needs.

  Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and satisfaction.

  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  Education: Bachelor's (B.S.) or Master's (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of both project execution and business development.

  Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain one.
