Civil Engineer (Site/Civil)

What you'll do

  Support a multidisciplinary approach to large-scale, technically complex projects.

  n

• n

  Collaborate with junior staff and provide technical guidance as needed.

  n
n
• n

  Produce civil design models and engineered drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

  n
n
• n

  Prepare plans for site layout, underground utilities, grading, erosion and sediment control (E&S), stormwater, and sanitary systems.

  n
n
• n

  Develop stormwater management reports, calculations, and designs, including Operation and Maintenance manuals for BMPs.

  n
n
• n

  Perform quality control reviews prior to document issuance.

  n
n
• n

  Draft elevations, cross-sections, and details of typical site features.

  n
n
• n

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  n
n
• n

  3+ years of professional experience in civil/site design and engineering.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in:

  n
n
• n
• n

  Underground piping and utility systems (especially gravity systems like stormwater and sanitary)

  n
n
• n

  Site layout, parking, roadways, grading, and utility modeling

  n
n
• n

  Zoning code reviews and land development processes

  n
n
• n

  State, federal, and local permitting procedures

  n
n
• n

  Strong PC skills, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office

  n
n
• n

  Experience in stormwater design, modeling, and green infrastructure

  n
n

Ideally, you'll also have

• n

  Professional Engineer (PE) license

  n
n
• n

  Experience with mission-critical or advanced facility projects

  n
n
