What You Will Need:

5+ years of Civil Land Development Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Strong communication skills
Have a knowledge/background with grading, site layout, erosion control design and more
Be proficient and confident in using AutoCAD and other engineering software
Survey experience is a plus
EIT (Bonus compensation if you have your PE and upon completion of your PE after being hired)
