We're seeking a clinical leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about supporting children and families. This permanent, part-time role offers 24 hours per week, with most work done remotely and a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 8 PM.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical excellence.
• Oversee care at our outpatient clinic and satellite offices.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans and intakes.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Participate in monthly in-person staff meetings.
• Deliver limited direct patient care.

What You Bring

• Board Certification in Child Psychiatry (Connecticut license required).
• Experience in clinical supervision, teaching, and outpatient behavioral health.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort with virtual platforms and remote care delivery.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome!)

• Double board certification in Child & Adult Psychiatry.
• Trauma-informed care or family systems experience.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards.
• Prior leadership or director-level experience in behavioral health.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $208000.00/yr.
