As part of our rapidly expanding organization, you will lead and nurture clinical directors, ensuring excellence in care delivery, clinical outcomes, and team culture across multiple centers. Your role will involve direct patient care and leadership responsibilities, striking a balance that suits the needs of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical management of Medical Directors, ensuring accountability for patient outcomes and operational excellence.
• Drive clinical operations to meet market earnings and growth targets.
• Mentor and coach clinical leaders to achieve outstanding healthcare results.
• Promote talent development through coaching, practice facilitation, and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative and engaged physician culture aligned with ChenMed's core values and service standards.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new clinical professionals.
• Establish productive relationships with external partners, including payers and specialists.
• Monitor market culture and respond to workplace concerns proactively.
• Deliver exceptional clinical care to your patient panel, allocating approximately 20% of your time to patient services.

Essential Qualifications:

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with preference for 3 years.
• Previous experience as a Medical Director or similar role is highly desired.
• Board certification preferred; board eligibility is required.
• Active medical license in the state of employment.
• A strong physician leader with a proven track record in clinical settings.
• Experience in managing complex chronic disease care and population risk management.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive salaries in the range of $250,426 - $357,752, along with comprehensive benefits that support your career development and work-life balance.
