As a Chief Medical Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting our Clinical Directors across multiple centers, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes while fostering a positive organizational culture. Your leadership will drive performance management, growth, and team engagement within your assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct oversight and accountability for clinical outcomes in multiple centers, collaborating closely with the Regional President.
• Manage and mentor Medical Directors, fostering talent development within the clinical staff.
• Build a strong team culture aligned with ChenMed’s core values and performance standards.
• Facilitate training for new practitioners and support the recruiting process for clinical talent.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers and community partners, to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure a positive workplace culture by responding urgently to any staff concerns.
• Manage center-level medical referrals and assist in executing administrative duties as needed.
• Deliver direct patient care as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for a portion of your time, reinforcing exemplary clinical practices.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Preferred experience as a Medical Director or similar role with Medicare or Medicaid populations.
• Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or relevant specialties preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership background with proven ability to manage patient panels effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships across diverse groups.
• Familiarity with managed care systems and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Compensation:

Salary range from $231,876 to $331,251, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including career development opportunities and a healthy work-life balance.
