Chief Behavioral Health Clinician

In this exciting role, you will provide comprehensive treatment for a range of mental health conditions, catering to our diverse patient community. You will deliver behavioral and mental health services, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
• Carefully monitor treatment responses and track changes in clinical symptoms or potential treatment side effects.
• Maintain detailed electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues on complex issues.
• Lead the clinical team by offering insights for improvement and mentoring fellow clinicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in your state.
• Experience managing an outpatient clinic, inpatient clinic, or partial hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of post-master’s experience in providing behavioral health services.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Proficient in professional communication and medical documentation using various software platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Your salary will reflect various factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications, with a range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
