Chick-fil-A is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with a servant heart to join our team! Back of House Team Members have the opportunity to provide our guests with crave-able food in a timely manner and ensure that each order is correct in all aspects. We are hiring for full-time or part-time and dayshift or nightshift. Job Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To)

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say "My Pleasure".
• Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Strive to build great relationships with fellow team members.
• Quickly prepare guests food efficiently and accurately.
• Keep stations stocked and maintain a clean working environment.
• Strictly adhere to food safety procedures and Chick-fil-A's procedures for operational excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness of the equipment as required by Chick-fil-A Operating Standards.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

• Capable of working on your feet 6-8 hours per day.
• Physically active for extended periods of time (standing, walking, bending, leaning, and lifting).
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to lift and manipulate at least 50 pounds from the floor and overhead.
• Ability to work outside during all weather conditions (heat, cold and rain).

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week.
• Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.
• Must be able to pass the State of Texas Food Handlers Certification process.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Be able to handle directions and feedback during coaching moments.
• Show up on time, have a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.
• Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross trained.
