What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain production equipment to meet daily build signals
• Mix chemical solutions and standards with precision
• Perform quality checks and maintain traceability records
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Accurately enter data and complete work order transactions (LOTS, Oracle, ARIBA, etc.)
• Support continuous improvement (Kaizen, VES) and suggest process enhancements
• Handle and dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste safely
• Collaborate with your team to plan daily work and solve problems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually managed workspace

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work with chemicals
• Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with circuit board or instrument assembly
• Familiarity with Oracle, ARIBA, Kanban, or DRP systems
• Previous involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
