Sodexo at MedStar Health is hiring a Chef Manager position that begins with comprehensive training. You'll receive mentorship, hands-on managerial experience, and training through structured modules. The goal: After demonstrating required competencies, you will be placed in a single hospital role while continuing to build experience for future advancement.

What You'll Do

• Learn how to lead a culinary team and manage daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with Sodexo and hospital standards
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support patient satisfaction
• Assist with menu planning, inventory, and cost controls
