Certified Pharmacy Technician, First Shift, Medication Access Services

UC Health is hiring a full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician in Pharmacy Administration at University of Cincinnati’s Medical Center. We are offering a $2000 Sign-on Bonus!

The Centralized Prior Authorization team supports pharmacy operations by facilitating prior authorization (PA) processes across various platforms. This role ensures timely and accurate submission of PAs, working closely with providers, payers, and pharmacy teams to optimize patient access to medications.

Pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Pharmacy technicians trainees work only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed by only a registered pharmacist.
