Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. In this role, you will work with patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities, enhance their independence, and support their overall well-being.
Responsibilities

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the occupational therapist.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatments and outcomes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

Must hold a current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
Must possess a valid and active state license to practice as a COTA in the assignment location.
Hands-On Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
