Certified Nursing Assistant - Part Time

STATUS: Part-time, 27.5 hours

LOCATION: Clifton Springs Nursing Home

DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care

SCHEDULE: Nights, 11 PM - 7:30 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient Care & Service: Deliver and assist residents with activities tailored to individualized care plans; accompany residents to activities as required; facilitate leisure activities; perform evaluations and report findings; provide residents and families with emotional support.
• Safety: Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation: Offer support to families, directing them to the appropriate staff; respond promptly to resident requests; exchange updates with team members and team leaders.

EDUCATION:

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds frequently; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
