Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Position Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to residents in long-term care. Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will provide resident-centered nursing care and assist with daily living activities tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Measuring and recording vital signs, and offering psychosocial support.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and exercises using safe techniques.
• Enhancing the dining experience by assisting residents during meal times.
• Documenting resident interactions, activities, and any changes in their condition.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old; prior experience is a plus.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, with training provided by the facility.
• Commitment to ongoing education and participation in competency testing annually.
