SUMMARY:

Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and individualized patient care. Your proactive approach to supporting residents and collaborating with the nursing team will contribute to the well-being of our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patient Care & Service: Assist residents with daily activities tailored to their individual care plans, help transport them to activities, engage them in leisure activities, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.

• Safety: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

• Communication & Documentation: Communicate effectively with families, directing them to the appropriate staff, promptly respond to resident requests, and provide thorough reports to team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

$19.40 - $20.60

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be adjusted moving forward and could be eligible for additional pay components. Compensation is based on experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
