As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), we provide a variety of lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care services. Our on-site rehabilitation clinic offers extensive physical, occupational, and speech therapies tailored to enhance the quality of life for our residents and local community.

Your Role: As a CNA, you will be instrumental in promoting the dignity and well-being of our residents. You'll assist them with daily living activities, medication reminders, and provide companionship and support in their daily pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders following care plans.
• Support residents with lifting, transferring, and positioning to maintain comfort and safety.
• Help with dining services, including meal preparation, delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Monitor residents' physical and cognitive conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Deliver nutritional supplements as per schedule and ensure proper intake documentation.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and meaningful programs.
• Document care and assistance accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to community policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Licenses/Certifications: CNA certification may be required based on state regulations
• Experience: Prefer 1+ years of experience working with seniors, either paid or volunteer
• Skills: Must demonstrate patience and compassion when engaging with elderly residents.

Compensation: Starting at $17.00/Hr. up to $18.50/Hr.
