Hours Per Week: Fulltime and Parttime

Schedule: Days / Eves/ Nights. Shifts require every other weekend and holiday.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4500

SUMMARY:

Join our compassionate team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, individualized patient care. Collaborate closely with our nursing staff to ensure patients receive the support and care they need in a warm, welcoming environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patient Care & Service: Assist residents with daily activities as outlined in their care plans, transport them to and from activities, and provide support during leisure activities. Build strong relationships by offering emotional support to residents and their families.

• Safety: Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their well-being and security.

• Communication & Documentation: Serve as a liaison between families and staff, promptly respond to resident needs, and efficiently communicate updates to the healthcare team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are advantageous.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
