Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent nursing care to post-acute residents
• Supporting residents with daily activities like eating, hygiene, and grooming
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents
• Assisting with the transportation and movement of residents as needed
• Documenting and reporting vital signs and updates on residents' conditions
• Adhering to care plans and relevant regulations
• Building trusting relationships with residents through engaging interactions
• Facilitating clear communication between staff, residents, and family members

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology
• Effective communication with medical professionals, patients, and family members
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
