• Implement best practice nursing care for post-acute residents
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting updates to the nursing team
• Measure and document residents' vital signs
• Assist residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other daily activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to hygiene best practices
• Help transport residents and assist with mobility throughout the facility
• Engage with residents daily to foster trust and comfort
• Follow and adhere to care plans and applicable regulations

• Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
