Hours Per Week: Fulltime 37.5

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am- 3:30pm, every other weekend and holiday

Sign-On Bonus: Available

SUMMARY: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care for our residents. Join our dedicated nursing team to provide compassionate and individualized patient care, while supporting both patients and their families.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patient Care & Service: Assist residents with daily activities as per their care plans; facilitate transportation to activities; engage in leisure activities; provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety: Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation: Respond to resident and family inquiries promptly; communicate effectively with team members and report any changes in resident needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New York State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires Medium Work, including exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, with the ability to move objects and engage in frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

$19.90 - $21.10
