Responsibilities include:

• Provide care and companionship to the agencys clients in accordance with the care plan and client service agreement
• Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe and beneficial manner
• Perform light housekeeping as required
• May be required to take client to appointment or run errands
• Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year

Requirements include:

• Virginia CNA License or CNA/PCA certificate from a program approved by the Va. Board of Nursing
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
• Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
• Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
• Must possess a valid drivers license and automobile insurance
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently

Compensation: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
