Pediatric Primary Care Clinician

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, 4 days or 4.5 days per week based upon the needs of the practice.

Location: Westfield, IN

Responsibilities include assisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider, performing select clinical duties, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, preparing treatment rooms for examination of patients, performing basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing, performing basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies, assisting with maintaining a clean and orderly environment, documenting the provider's encounter with patients, listing all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions, and transcribing patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications.

Requirements include BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required, Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required, and High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional preferences include Certified Medical Assistant with 3-5 years of experience and a qualified candidate who is responsible for a highly productive pediatric provider, must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
