Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure and data center operations, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 2 - Nightshift to join their team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 2 - Nightshift, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting electrical systems in high-availability environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  Perform daily operational readings of electrical equipment, including temperatures, voltages, and currents, during routine rounds.

  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical environment work activities to ensure safety and compliance.

  n

• n

  Energize cabinets in colocation facilities and conduct preventative maintenance on uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) quarterly and annually.

  n
n
• n

  Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating instrument sensors and control systems.

  n
n
• n

  Adhere to all safety protocols and physical security policies while performing maintenance and operational tasks.

What's Needed?

  Experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments such as data centers, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure.

• n

  Possession of OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.

  n
n
• n

  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  n
n
• n

  Minimum of 3 years of work or applied learning experience in technical fields like electrical, controls, or data center operations.

  n

• n

  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour night shifts, with potential rotation or varied work weeks.
