Our client is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 2 to join their team.

Job Title: CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 2

Location: Cumming IA

Pay Range: $35.00/hr. - $39.00/hr.

  Able to complete all tasks listed in the CE Tech Level 1 role description.

  n

  Ability to follow operating procedures (SOPs) for critical environment planned work activities.

  n
n
• n

  Take daily operational readings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.).

  n
n
• n

  Ability to follow operating procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs) for critical environment planned and unplanned work activities.

  n
n
• n

  Fire alarm preventative maintenance (PM).

  n
n
• n

  Assist in the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of instrument sensors and calibration.

  n
n
• n

  Quarterly and annual Generator preventative maintenance. Experience with roof top units (RTU) HVAC (includes some sort of refrigeration recovery requiring an EPA refrigerant license).

  n
n
• n

  Experience with Industrial Chillers preventative maintenance.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with fire pump & fire alarm preventative maintenance.

  n
n
• n

  Previous datacenter experience a plus. Preferred: EPA Refrigerant License.

n

Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:

• Experience with mechanical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.

Required:

• n

  All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with mechanical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.

  n
n
• n

  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  n
n
• n

  3+ year(s) work/applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g. automotive, electrical, controls, data center).

  n
n
• n

  Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  n
n

Shift: Able to work a flexible work schedule which could include 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3-, 4-, or 5-day work weeks.
