Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Pay: $0.68-$0.695 CPM Depending on Experience & $20 Stop Pay
• Annual Earnings: $88,400-$110,000
• Pay Increases Every 6 Months Until Maximum Rate
• Referral Incentives: Earn $2,000-$3,000 for Each Referral (Paid Over 180 Days)
