Join Our Team as a Truck Driver at XPO!
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
- Safe driving record and history
- Willingness to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
- Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
- Flexible to work up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night, and weekend shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift
- Current hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples
- Deliver exceptional customer service and identify sales leads
- Load and unload freight efficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Lift objects of various shapes and weights, frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally greater than 75 lbs
- Safely climb in and out of a tractor cab and trailer
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving or operating equipment
- Walk and stand for long periods on uneven or slippery surfaces, including outdoors in all weather
- Perform reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling tasks
- Operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours, transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials
