Join Our Team as a Truck Driver at XPO!

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license
• Safe driving record and history
• Willingness to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Flexible to work up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night, and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a forklift
• Current hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify sales leads
• Load and unload freight efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects of various shapes and weights, frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally greater than 75 lbs
• Safely climb in and out of a tractor cab and trailer
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving or operating equipment
• Walk and stand for long periods on uneven or slippery surfaces, including outdoors in all weather
• Perform reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling tasks
• Operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours, transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials
