What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license required
- Demonstrated safe driving record
- Willingness to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days
- Must pass a DOT drug test and have no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or be able to pass a company-paid DOT physical
- Flexible availability for a schedule of up to 12-14 hours a day, which may include day, night, and weekend shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift
- Existing endorsements for hazardous materials, tank vehicles, and doubles/triples
About the Truck Driver Role:

- Competitive pay range of $28.49 to $35.24 per hour, with annual step progression based on experience

Typical Daily Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples
- Provide exceptional service to customers and generate sales leads
- Load and unload freight efficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and more than 75 lbs occasionally
- Move and position a converter dolly weighing approximately 128 lbs
- Safely enter and exit the tractor cab/trailer
- Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving or operating heavy equipment
- Walk and stand for extended durations on various surfaces
- Perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling
- Drive for up to 11 consecutive hours in all weather conditions
