What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license required
• Demonstrated safe driving record
• Willingness to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days
• Must pass a DOT drug test and have no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or be able to pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Flexible availability for a schedule of up to 12-14 hours a day, which may include day, night, and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a forklift
• Existing endorsements for hazardous materials, tank vehicles, and doubles/triples

About the Truck Driver Role:

• Competitive pay range of $28.49 to $35.24 per hour, with annual step progression based on experience

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples
• Provide exceptional service to customers and generate sales leads
• Load and unload freight efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and more than 75 lbs occasionally
• Move and position a converter dolly weighing approximately 128 lbs
• Safely enter and exit the tractor cab/trailer
• Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving or operating heavy equipment
• Walk and stand for extended durations on various surfaces
• Perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling
• Drive for up to 11 consecutive hours in all weather conditions
