Join Our Team as a Truck Driver at XPO!

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Safe driving record and history
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
• Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Flexible availability for a schedule of up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night, and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience is a plus

About the Truck Driver Role:

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay at $28.49/hour

Your Typical Day:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples
• Deliver excellent service to customers and generate sales leads
• Load and unload freight efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs., occasionally greater than 75 lbs.)
• Safely climb in and out of a tractor cab/trailer
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate heavy equipment and a forklift
• Walk and stand for long durations on different surfaces, including challenging weather conditions
• Reach (including overhead), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed
• Operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours in various weather conditions while safely transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials
