Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre/post trip inspections on tractor-trailers and submit necessary DOT reports.
• Verify bill of lading and store keys for precision during off-hour deliveries.
• Operate the tractor-trailer to designated locations, adhering to commercial driving regulations.
• Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) complying with DOT regulations, including documenting deliveries and product conditions.
• Unload trailers and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane’s Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for effective communication.
