Your Responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and complete the DOT inspection report.
• Review bill of lading and secure the keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
• Safely drive a tractor-trailer to destinations, applying your knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
• Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must pass McLane's Motor Vehicle Record and risk rating qualifications.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English well enough to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively is necessary for compliance with safety and operational standards.
