CDL A Delivery Truck Driver

Job Summary:

Join Sysco as a reliable CDL A Delivery Truck Driver, where you'll have the opportunity to operate a tractor-trailer, delivering a variety of products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and more to our valued customers. You'll build strong relationships with clients through your friendly demeanor while ensuring their needs are met on a dedicated route schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

• Ability to communicate in English effectively to understand signage, respond to inquiries, and complete necessary reports.

• Ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing between 40-60 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.

• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year of customer delivery experience.

• 6 months of experience using a hand cart or hand truck.

• 6 months of experience in the food and beverage industry.

• 2 years of consistent work history.
