**$15,000 RETENTION BONUS FOR ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES!**

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, with two days off (must work Saturdays).

Dispatch times range between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

Pay: Starting at $33.95/hour, increasing to $38.20/hour after 6 months!

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
• Handle collections and payments when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively throughout each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

What You Need to Succeed:

• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• A valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence with all necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• At least six months of commercial driving experience in any field, or three months in food and beverage delivery is required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred; may be mandatory at some locations.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English - able to hold conversations, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports accurately.
