Qualifications:

• Must possess a Class A License (CDL A) at least 21 years old.
• A minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience is required.
• Drivers can earn pay based on dispatched miles, calculated between 57 and 64 CPM linked to route and experience.
• Flex Fleet drivers must reside within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
• Bonus payouts are contingent upon qualifications; please consult a Recruiter for more information.
• No more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years, and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last two years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past five years, or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug-related convictions in the past five years, or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive or refused tests in the past ten years with a CDL-A/CLP.
• SAP drivers are not eligible for employment.
