CDL-A Company Driver - Regional - $1.5k - $1.6k per week

Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated truck drivers who want to drive solo and have the opportunity to be home on weekends. Ryder is committed to providing drivers with transparency regarding pay and routes, allowing you to make informed decisions about joining our team.

Your Paycheck:

• $1500 - $1600 or more per week
• Paid Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.655 per Mile (Average 1200 - 1400 Miles/week)
• Solo Stops Pay: $26.75 per Stop (Average 5 - 10 Stops/Week)
• Layover Pay: $100 for 1-2 nights per week in Ryder Sleeper Truck
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: $300 (four times a year)

Driving Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Start Time: Between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Delivering freight throughout the Mid Atlantic and New England regions, with possible trips to NYC and surrounding boroughs.
• Use of Day Cab and Sleeper trucks; flatbeds and dry vans (no tarping required).
• Freight handling includes touch freight with commercial foam loads.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a drug test, background, and motor vehicle check.
• DOT physical and Ryder road test required.
• Hold a Class A CDL with the appropriate endorsements.
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience in driving a tractor-trailer.
