Support the execution of catered events, ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings

Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Catering Manager to develop innovative menus

Maintain compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures

Proven experience in high-volume catering or fine dining environments

Strong leadership and people management skills

Deep culinary knowledge and a passion for food presentation and flavor
