Sodexo's Corporate Services is searching for a Catering Manager in Georgetown, Kentucky. The position will manage the day-to-day functions of catering operations, which requires the candidate to showcase their expertise to lead, organize and execute upscale dining experiences for our high-profile clientele.

This Catering Manager will create amazing catering experiences that exceed culinary and service expectations while enhancing client program objectives. This position is responsible for the organization and execution of all catered events, management of employees, and will work closely with the account's talented Executive Chef. The best qualified candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in casual, high volume, fine dining, and banquet management. This candidate must be extremely organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and deep understanding of the technical delivery aspect of catering.

What You'll Do

• Identify and exceed client needs and expectations
• Ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met
• Coordinate all unit catering initiatives to drive sales growth and track results
• Maintain and improve service levels resulting in increased customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client and customer requests
