What qualities do you need to thrive in this role?

• Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required; license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical examination
• Outstanding customer service skills and safe driving record
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Adhere to UPS uniform and appearance guidelines

This position typically involves working full-time hours ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day, with shifts available Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, based on business needs.

*Please note: This is a seasonal position. Starting in a seasonal role at UPS can open doors to permanent positions with even greater benefits, including an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year for full-time drivers. This package features no healthcare premiums, generous paid vacation, and additional paid time off for holidays and sick leave, along with contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
