Case Managers

Salary: $28 / Hour

Position Overview

• Title: Case Manager

• Division: Foster Care and Family Services

• Location: New Bedford, MA

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (some evening/weekend availability may be required)

Responsibilities

• Assess child, youth, and family strengths and needs

• Develop supportive relationships with assigned individuals

• Participate in team meetings (Treatment Plans, IEPs, Foster Care Reviews)

• Provide in-home case management services

• Advocate for children and families

• Support foster and biological families

• Collaborate with internal and external providers

• Monitor placements per DCF/EEC/KDC regulations

• Maintain documentation and compliance

• Transport children/families as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field (Psychology, Human Services)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Bilingual (Portuguese or Spanish) preferred
