Behavioral Health Case Manager - Crisis Response & Short-Term Services

Are you passionate about mental health and crisis intervention? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your work truly matters? We're looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide short-term case management and wraparound services to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

What You'll Do

• Deliver short-term case management and wraparound services

• Respond to crisis situations with in-person outreach and support

• Collaborate with internal and external treatment teams to coordinate care

• Facilitate transitions into long-term behavioral health services

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medicaid billing requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field OR 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record

• Willingness to obtain NPI and Medicaid billing number (support provided)

• Passion for mental health and crisis intervention

• Bonus: Experience with pediatric populations or community-based behavioral health systems
